Thai Red Curry with Coriander Rice

Method

  1. Cook Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add curry paste and beef and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes.
  4. Lower heat and add beans and coconut milk. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes or until beans are tender.
  5. Mix cilantro into rice and serve with red curry.
