Thai Green Curry Chicken

Method
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Sauté the onion and chicken in a hot pan until cooked thoroughly.
- Mix in bell pepper, curry paste, coconut milk, stock and chili paste; sauté another 5 minutes
- Add snow peas and cook until tender.
- Serve curry on top of rice and garnish with cilantro.
