Thai Green Curry
Enjoy Thai cuisine at home with delicious Thai green curry with chicken! This simple dish is packed with flavour and is ready to eat in just 20 minutes.

Method
- To cook the white rice, in a saucepan, add 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of cold water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stand, covered for 5 minutes. If you are not sure how, we have a helpful “How to Cook rice section” to make you a pro. If you would like to use a brown rice in this recipe, simply add an additional ½ a cup of water. Tip: For a convenient alternative, we have a range of microwave rice. Ready to eat in 2 minutes!
- Sauté the onion and chicken in a hot pan for 2 minutes until browned.
- Add green pepper, curry paste, coconut milk and chicken stock.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
- Add the snow peas and cilantro and cook for another minute.
- Serve the curry over cooked Hinode Jasmine Rice.
