Thai Ginger Beef & Rice

Method
- Heat rice.
- Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red chili pepper.
- Sauté olive oil, garlic and ginger briefly before adding beef slices and cook fully.
- Add broccoli, red onion, tomatoes and mint - sauté another 2-3 minutes.
