Thai Ginger Beef & Rice

Method

  1. Heat rice.
  2. Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red chili pepper.
  3. Sauté olive oil, garlic and ginger briefly before adding beef slices and cook fully.
  4. Add broccoli, red onion, tomatoes and mint - sauté another 2-3 minutes.
