Salmon & Confetti Rice Pilaf

Method
- Heat Rice.
- Season salmon with lemon, salt and pepper - grill until fully cooked.
- Sauté carrots, zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
- Add heated rice and sauté until mixed through.
- Garnish salmon with paprika and dill, then serve over rice.
