One Pot Chicken and Chorizo Jambalaya

Method

  1. Prepare Hinode medium grain rice per package instructions.
  2. Fry the onion, chicken and sausage for 1 minute or until brown.
  3. Add the rice, red bell pepper, cayenne, paprika, tomatoes, and stock. Cook for another 8 minutes.
  4. Fold through cilantro and serve.
