Spiced Pork and Rice Lettuce Cups

Method

  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in non stick pan.
  3. Add ginger, garlic and chili, fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add minced pork and stir fry until cooked.
  5. Add 4 cups cooked rice and stir fry until rice is hot.
  6. Add soy sauce and green onions and heat for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Fill mixture into lettuce cups and serve.
