Fish Kebabs with Herb Rice

Method

  1. Thread the fish and bell peppers onto skewers.
  2. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  3. Cook skewers in a hot non-stick pan, and then brush over with soy sauce.
  4. Combine 4 cups cooked rice with the herbs and cashews nuts.
  5. Divide herb rice between serving plates and top with kebabs.
