Brown Rice with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Olives and Pine Nuts

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in non-stick pan on low heat.
  2. Add olives, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and lemon zest. Cook for 2 minutes until pine nuts are golden.
  3. Pour in the lemon juice cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Prepare HINODE Brown Rice per package instructions.
  5. Add rice and parsley to pan stir and serve.
