Ingredients

Ingredients to serve: 4

4 cup Hinode Brown Rice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Lime juiced
0.5 bunch Cilantro chopped
4 shallots chopped
0.5 tsp crushed ginger
1 small red chili finely chopped
3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Method

Prepare Hinode brown rice per package instructions.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix and serve.
