Broccoli and Chickpea Curry with Rice

Method
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Heat oil over medium heat in a sauce pan. Add onion and cook gently until opaque.
- Add curry paste; stir while cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli and garbanzo beans; simmer until broccoli is just cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together cilantro and yogurt in a bowl.
- Serve curry with yogurt mixture over rice.
