Satay Vegetable Kebabs

Method
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Thread the tofu, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, red bell pepper and pineapple chunks onto skewers.
- Arrange onto a baking or grilling tray lined with foil and spray with a little olive oil.
- Grill until cooked to your liking; turning the kebabs over half way through cooking.
- Heat satay sauce in sauce pan or microwave.
- Arrange the kebabs over a bed of rice.
- Top with satay sauce and serve.
