Rice With Creamy Salmon and Snow Peas

Method

  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Place wine and stock into a pan and bring to a boil, simmer until reduced by half.
  3. Add cream, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half again.
  4. Add snow peas, simmer for a minute then add salmon.
  5. Season to taste and simmer until salmon is cooked to your liking (approx. 5-6 minutes).
  6. Stir in chopped dill.
  7. Serve salmon and sauce on a bed of freshly cooked Hinode rice .
