Chicken and Rice Laksa

Method

  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Combine laksa paste, stock and coconut milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken, red bell pepper, corn and snow peas to pan.
  4. Simmer for 3 minutes until the chicken has cooked through.
  5. Add the lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Serve over hot rice.
