Chicken and Rice Laksa

Method
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Combine laksa paste, stock and coconut milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken, red bell pepper, corn and snow peas to pan.
- Simmer for 3 minutes until the chicken has cooked through.
- Add the lime juice and cilantro.
- Serve over hot rice.
