Black Sesame Rice with Teriyaki Chicken

Method
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Thread chicken onto skewers then place onto a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinade for 15 minutes turning the chicken 2 or 3 times.
- Place chicken into the oven until cooked through, turning once or twice.
- Add 3/4 of the green onion and sesame seeds to rice.
- Serve chicken skewers on bed of rice and garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
