Black Sesame Rice with Teriyaki Chicken

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers then place onto a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinade for 15 minutes turning the chicken 2 or 3 times.
  5. Place chicken into the oven until cooked through, turning once or twice.
  6. Add 3/4 of the green onion and sesame seeds to rice.
  7. Serve chicken skewers on bed of rice and garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
