Barbecued Soy and Honey Kebabs with Rice

Method
- Cut calamari into strips and dice fresh salmon into squares.
- Thread seafood, vegetables and fruit alternately onto 12 skewers.
- Put in dish and pour over marinade. Leave to marinate while preparing rice.
- Prepare Hinode rice rice per package instructions. Remove from heat, stir in shallots and lemon zest (optional), and stand, covered, while cooking kebabs.
- Barbecue or grill skewers on medium high, 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked.
- Sprinkle with cracked pepper and serve with rice.
